I am committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of my visitors and customers at kellyedwardsartstudio.com.  This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through my website.  This 'Privacy Policy' does not apply to the practices of third party sites that I use but do not own or control, including Wix, Paypal, Stripe, MailChimp. Google and Google Analytics, amongst others.  We do update this notice from time to time so please do review this notice regularly.

Kelly Edwards Art Studio may collect and process data about you that you have provided in order to use services from the website.  For example, personal details when you register for information or make a purchase.

When an individual purchases something from my shop, they provide their personal information such as name, address, email in order to receive their item.  This constitutes as an agreement for me to process and use this data for the purpose intended.


Why is your information needed?
 
I need to know your personal data so that I can provide you with the service, product, updates, news you have requested.  I will not collect any data that I do not need in order to provide and oversee this request.


What I would also like to do with it
 
I would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products and to inform you of any changes to the business, website, services or goods and products.  This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via email or our website.

When an individual signs up for newsletters from 'Kelly Edwards Art Studio using the forms provided online, they enter their name and email address.  This data is collected and stored by Wix and/or MailChimp.  This constitutes as consent for me to use this data for the purpose intended.  Consent can be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing to my newsletter or using our contact form.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract and our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business.

In operating my business via kellyedwardsartstudio.com website, your data is processed by me in the United Kingdom.  However, Kelly Edwards Art Studio does not have its own IT servers.  Third parties shall not have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.  Obviously we do our utmost to ensure that our server hosts are secure and fully accredited.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any illegal breaches that may occur.

We do not have access to or store bank details or credit card details at kellyedwardsartstudio.com.
